What should I do if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to adjust or exchange your item. Please contact us within 14 days to discuss the issue, and we will work to find a solution.
How do I return my item for an exchange or adjustment?
Orders must be returned in their original packaging with a clear description of the issue. Exchanges are offered at our discretion, and items are returned at the buyer’s own risk. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to protect against loss or damage.
